AiDamage
Introduction
AiDamage is used by research institutes and police forces to
predict the velocity of vehicles involved in collisions.
By measuring the crush profile of each vehicle it is possible
to predict the pre-impact velocity, in most cases even where the
post impact speeds cannot be established.
For Collision Investigators
For collision investigators the ability to predict pre-impact
velocity where post impact speed cannot be established is
extremely useful. Previously we have often been reliant on
momentum where calculation of the post impact speeds has been
necessary to establish the approach speed of vehicles.
For researchers
As well as having its own measurement protocols, AiDamage allows
for data entry in a number of formats used by those involved in
research. The software also outputs to the CCIS database
in the required format.
